Customer ...is a person who brings us his wants -- it is our job to fill those wants.
Customer ...deserves the most courteous and attentive treatment we can give him.
Customer ...is the fellow that makes it possible to pay you salary whether you are a truck driver, plant employee, office employee, salesman or a manager.
Customer ...is the life-blood of this and every other business.

Be A Winner
- They must be clear and well defined.
- They must be realistic.
- They must be available.
- They must be based on correct information.
- They must be actively set.
- They must be of interest to us.
- They must be constantly keep in mind.
- They must concern us with the further.
- They mean something to us.
- They must lead to a plan of action.
